Tzatziki
Cool and refreshing tzatziki, the perfect addition to your mezze spread this Ramdaan π. How would you enjoy this dip?

Ingredients
- 1 Large cucumber
- 2 Cups double thick plain yogurt
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (or as needed)
- 2β3 Tbsp fresh dill, coriander and mint (any combination), finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Grate the cucumber, then place in a clean tea towel or muslin cloth to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- 2 In a bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs.
- 3 Stir in the cucumber and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 Place the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavours to meld.
