Cheesy Tikka Chicken Taco Boats

SAVE this recipe for the next time you need a quick and easy dinner/lunch idea. I love that the @the_spice_centre’s tikka pasta has all the flavour you need so you don’t need a whole lot of other spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large chicken fillets, cut into cubes
  • 2 Tsp @the_spice_centre tikka paste
  • 1 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 Tsp of honey
  • Taco shells / boats
  • Grated mozzarella/ white cheddar cheese
  • Chopped lettuce, cucumber and tomato
  • Pickled red onion
  • Guacamole
  • Fresh coriander

Method

  1. 1 Mix the tikka paste, yogurt and honey then add the chicken and stir to coat. No need to marinate.
  2. 2 Cook the chicken by sautéing or air-frying- whatever is easiest for you.
  3. 3 Assemble the boats by placing a layer of chicken on the base and topping with a generous amount of cheese. Air-fry for 2-4 minutes on 200°C or until the cheese has melted and the taco boat is crispy.
  4. 4 Top with all your fav toppings and enjoy immediately.
